We just finished the Suite 300 Skin Care website and branding project. I think all of the peices turned out very nice.

Big day for Lily

November 8th, 2008

We headed off to our local shopping pavilion. Lily decided that she would be brave enough to visit with Santa this year and get her ears pierced. Krista told Lily that the piercing would just be pinch. I had to leave when they did it. It would’ve broken my heart. She cried for about 10 minutes and then it was pretty much over. She really enjoyed talking with Santa. They spoke or like 5 minutes. She never told us what they talked about. All we know is that he never asked her what she wanted for Christmas.

Fall is here…

Well, the leaves have turned and are falling. This is exciting for us! We have season passes to our local ski resort this year. Come on SNOW!!

Halloween 2008

October 31st, 2008

We all dressed up and did some trick-or-treating and went to the Lichton Springs Hippy gathering for kids. Lily ended up with a fair amount of candy. She was specifically hoping to get a KitKat and the last place we hit, she got one. She was very happy. It was a great day.

Lily’s First Photoshop Art

October 27th, 2008

This kid has some serious talent. In fact, I’ve actually scanned some of her art for use in my new t-shirt designs. She makes the coolest distressing patterns.

Sleepin’ Like It’s 1979!

October 24th, 2008

This is a picture of Lily asleep in the car. This is an outfit that she picked out! I feel so lucky. This picture was taken with an iPhone.

Broken Hand

October 17th, 2008

The story is that I dropped something very heavy on my hand. Very heavy. Did I mention that it was heavy? I can still use that very important finger I sometime use to express myself.

The Urban Farm Project - Part 2

September 14th, 2008

So, we spent a long day in the garden re-arranging. We over seeded the entire garden so, we decided to thin it out and change the layout of the beds. We ended up with 83 heads of lettuce in the rows and another 100 or so we put in little cup to give away. I hope someone takes them.

The corn is doing really well and we are starting to get fruit. I can’t wait to try the corn! We also planted pink popcorn for Lily. I hope it turns out.
